Mae’n bleser gennym gyhoeddi y byddwn yn cyflwyno cais cynllunio cyn bo hir ar gyfer datblygu ysgol arbennig newydd, cyfrwng Saesneg, rhyw cymysg, 3 i 19 yn Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) yn hen Swyddfeydd CBSRhCT, Cwm Clydach, Tonypandy. 

Mae Gorchymyn Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Gweithdrefn Rheoli Datblygu) [Cymru] [Diwygio] 2016 yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i geisiadau cynllunio drafft fod ar gael ar gyfer sylwadau am o leiaf 28 diwrnod cyn eu cyflwyno’n ffurfiol i’r Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol. Rydym nawr yn gwneud hyn ar ran Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf, sef yr ymgeisydd ar gyfer y datblygiad arfaethedig. 

Bydd y gweithdrefnau ymgynghori cynllunio arferol yn dal i gael eu dilyn gan yr Awdurdod Cynllunio wrth benderfynu ar y cais.

Proposed educational development at Clydach Vale, Tonypandy. 

We are pleased to announce that we will soon be submitting a planning application for the development of a new, English medium, mixed sex, 3 to 19 special school in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) at the former RCTCBC Offices, Clydach Vale, Tonypandy. 

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) [Wales] [Amendement] Order 2016 requires draft planning applications to be available for comments for a minimum period of 28 days before formal submission to the Local Planning Authority. We are now undertaking this on behalf of Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council who will be the applicant for the proposed development. 

The usual planning consultation procedures will still be followed by the Planning Authority whilst determining the application. 

The draft planning application documents are therefore available to download from this page of our website.
