Rydyn ni’n falch o gyhoeddi y byddwn ni’n cyflwyno cais cynllunio ar gyfer fferm solar
ar raddfa fawr ar ran Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn fuan. Bydd y datblygiad
arfaethedig yn cael ei leoli ar hen safle glofa Coed Elái, safle teras 84 erw i’r gorllewin
o anheddiad Coed Elái. Mae’r safle yn eiddo i’r Cyngor a phan fydd y datblygiad wedi’i
adeiladu, bydd yn ased sy’n eiddo i Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf.

Mae Gorchymyn Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Gweithdrefn Rheoli Datblygu) (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2016
yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i geisiadau cynllunio drafft fod ar gael ar gyfer sylwadau am o leiaf
28 diwrnod cyn eu cyflwyno’n ffurfiol i’r Cyngor. Rydyn ni nawr yn gwneud hyn ar ran y Cyngor.

Bydd y gweithdrefnau ymgynghori cynllunio arferol yn dal i gael eu dilyn gan yr Awdurdod
Cynllunio wrth benderfynu ar y cais.

We are pleased to announce that we will soon be submitting a planning application for a

large-scale solar farm on behalf of Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council. The
proposed development will be located on the former Coed Ely colliery site; an 84-acre
terraced site to located to the west of the settlement of Coed Ely. The site is owned by the
Council and when the development is constructed, it will be an asset owned by Rhondda
Cynon Taf County Borough Council.

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales)
(Amendment) Order 2016 requires draft planning applications to be available for comments
for a minimum period of 28 days prior to formal submission to the Council. We are now
undertaking this on behalf of the Council.

The usual planning consultation procedures will still be followed by the Planning Authority
whilst determining the application.

of our website.
