Statutory Pre-application Consultation (PAC)

Northpoint (Residential Holdings) Ltd are submitting a full planning application for the erection of a
purpose built student accommodation building at Land at Rosemary Street, Cardiff. We are now at
Statutory Pre-application Consultation (PAC) stage and would like your comments on our draft
planning application.

The PAC consultation includes:

● Providing draft planning application documents via this website;
● Notifying immediate landowners and statutory consultees;
● A consultation period of 29 days; and
● Once the consultation period ends, producing a ‘Pre-application Consultation Report’.

The consultation period will run from Thursday 22nd January 2026 to Friday 20th February 2026.
