Women in Property Sponsorship Role

The Urbanists are proud to be sponsors of the highly acclaimed Women in Property Regional Student Awards, 2022.

As an independent SME, we understand the importance of encouraging and providing opportunity for females that wish to form a career within the property, construction, and engineering sectors. Through our own student work placements and internships, we know there is a continuing need to attract and encourage talented individuals into the built environment. Through the award programme, Women in Property as an association, the professional support of individuals and companies, such as ours, we can provide a truly outstanding vehicle for those individuals.

The Association of Women in Property confirm ‘In 2021 the awards programme maintained its high profile involving 54 universities and 119 students throughout England, Wales and Scotland. Most winners over the past 15 years have found work placements. We aim to increase the number of students, the range of courses and universities in 2022.’

We are looking forward to being involved and contributing this year to the Awards events, starting with Michelle James, Director at The Urbanists, being seated on the Wales Regional judging panel, 17th February.
