We have developed an in-house, multi-disciplinary team encompassing urban designers, landscape architects, architects, planners, and technical specialists. This integrated approach allows us to comprehensively evaluate a site and devise strategies for successful residential developments that are desirable places to live and sound commercial investments.

We prioritise innovative problem-solving to ensure residential layouts are effective for developers, enhance communities, and meet local authority requirements.

Our in-house landscape architecture expertise enables the seamless integration of green infrastructure, biodiversity net gain, SuDS, tree replacement, and wellbeing considerations from the initial stages of the design process, through to detailed design and delivery on site.

With architects on our team, we can also provide clients with support in redesigning and adapting their housetypes to reflect local character and a strong sense of place, where needed.

Please contact the team (info@theurbanists.net) if you’d like to know more about how we work and how we could support your next project.
