Neighbourhood regeneration plans in three communities where we aligned immediate priorities with longer term regeneration masterplans
The Challenge
Our brief was to prepare three masterplans simulaneously for three very different communities in Doncaster. We needed to ensure that each plan had investable projects that had been consulted with stakeholders and the community.
Our Role
Our role was to prepare a masterplan and select key projects that were taken forward as a series of feasibility studies. We managed the input of civil engineers, an economist and cost consultants to ensure that all recommendations were deliverable. We also undertook extensive online and in-person consultation.

The Outcome
The outcome of the work was three fully evidenced plans that received support from the communities and stakeholders and which were able to inform various funding applications.
