December 2025 - Palstone Lane Consultation Event

We act on behalf of Dart Abbey Developments in respect of land at Palstone Lane, South Brent where it is
intended to apply for planning permission for affordable housing led residential development.

We are hosting a consultation event on Wednesday the 10th December 2025 between 3pm and 8pm at
South Brent Recreation Ground, Exeter Road, TQ10 9JR where we will present our ideas for the
development, show how we have responded to our previous round of engagement and listen to your
feedback. In addition to public consultation, we will also be engaging with the Local Planning Authority and
specialist consultees.
