We are pleased to announce that we will soon be submitting a planning application for 23 residential units and associated highway, drainage and landscape infrastructure on land north of Ol Brewery Lane, Rhymney.
The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 requires draft planning applications to be available for comments for a minimum period of 28 days prior to formal submission to the Council.
The usual planning consultation procedures will still be followed by the Council whilst determining the application.
