A range of town centre regeneration plans that demonstrate strategic masterplanning with detailed project-level feasibility.
The Challenge
The Councils and Welsh Government each required a clear plan to guide the regeneration of some of their key town centres to overcome the changes to national retailing that are impact upon their High Streets.
Our Role
We supported each Council and Welsh Government by developing a Placemaking Plan that provided a clear 15 year strategy for all of the towns we worked on, each was supported by a masterplan and enabled by a Delivery Plan with very clear recommendations on the main projects that would reshape each town.
The Outcome
Each of the circa 15 towns we are working on have different needs and opportunities but the outcome is that each locale has a clearer picture of what is necessary to improve their centres. In many cases we are retained to continue to support the creation of priority projects.
