St. Richard Gwyn School
We are pleased to announce that we will soon be submitting a planning application for the new St Richard Gwyn RC High School and associated works, at Argae Road, Barry, CF63 1BL.
The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 requires draft planning applications to be available for comments for a minimum period of 28 days prior to formal submission to the Council.
The usual planning consultation procedures will still be followed by the Council whilst determining the application.
The draft planning application documents are therefore available to download from this page of our website.
A public exhibition of the proposed development is also being held at St Richard Gwyn RC High School on Wednesday 15th February from 3.30pm – 6.30pm. Vale of Glamorgan Council officers and the consultant team will be at the exhibition to discuss the proposals with you and to answer any queries.
